Understanding how our mind works is imperative to guiding it to a safe space. Our minds will often have a lot of negative talk and negative thoughts not allowing us to live to our full potential. Through this meditation, your awareness will become heightened and you will be able to see the patterns in your own thoughts. This will allow you to change the wiring of your brain to invite new thoughts in. Change your mind change your life .
The event aims to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilize efforts in support of mental health.
